We are excited to host Dr. Kevin Vanhoozer as the keynote speaker for NOBA’s annual Fall Meeting: Thursday, October 11 at Connect Church. Dr. Vanhoozer is a leading theologian and author, as well as Research Professor of Systematic Theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, outside of Chicago. He will be leading a discussion around the subject of Doctrine for Discipleship: Making Disciples; Building the Church. We are confident that his insight will be of benefit to you and your church as you seek to make disciples of Christ here in Southeastern Louisiana. Workshop sessions will be offered in the afternoon beginning at 3:45, with dinner provided at 6:00 and the main session beginning at 7:15. We are encouraging, not just pastors, but also discipleship ministers and key lay leaders in your church to attend. This event is free to all.
